Welcome to The Setter Lab. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, programs, clinics, and services. By using this site or registering for any training session, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Program Registration & Payment

  • All sessions must be paid in full at the time of registration.

  • No refunds will be issued for any reason. (See our No Refund Policy).

  • Registrations are non-transferable and may not be credited toward future events.

2. Participant Responsibility

By registering for any program, you affirm that:

  • The participant is physically capable of participating in intense volleyball activity.

  • You will notify The Setter Lab of any medical conditions or injuries prior to participation.

  • You agree to follow all safety rules and staff instructions at all times.

3. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Participation in volleyball training carries inherent risks. By participating in any session, you:

  • Assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages.

  • Release The Setter Lab, its staff, coaches, and facility partners from liability for any accident, injury, or loss.

  • Agree to waive any claims against The Setter Lab arising from your participation.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, training methods, graphics, and branding on this site are the property of The Setter Lab.
You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

  • Use the Setter Lab name or materials for any unauthorized purpose.

5. Website Use

You agree to use the site lawfully and respectfully. You may not:

  • Attempt to hack, alter, or disrupt the site’s functionality.

  • Submit false information through any forms.

  • Use this site for spam, promotions, or unauthorized commercial activity.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during registration is used solely for communication and program management. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Modifications

The Setter Lab reserves the right to modify or cancel any program, schedule, or content at any time. We may also update these Terms without notice. Continued use of the site or services after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
